The game was between the Green Bay Packers and the Oakland Raiders. The Green Bay Packers won the game with a final score of 33-14, securing their second consecutive NFL championship title. Quarterback Bart Starr was once again named the Most Valuable Player of the game, throwing for 202 yards and one touchdown. Super Bowl II marked the end of an era for the Green Bay Packers as they won their last NFL championship under the leadership of legendary coach Vince Lombardi.
