Steve DeBerg is a former American football quarterback who played in the NFL from 1978 to 1998. He was born on August 14, 1956, in San Jose, California, and played college football at San Jose State University. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Dallas Cowboys in 1978 and played for several teams during his career, including the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Atlanta Falcons.
